Entry Requirements

Participants must:

  • Be physically capable of performing practical first aid skills

  • Complete at least 2 minutes of uninterrupted CPR on the floor

  • Perform rescue breathing on training manikins

  • Have access to a computer, tablet, or smartphone with internet access for online learning components
