Participants must:

Be physically capable of performing at least 2 minutes of uninterrupted CPR on the floor

Assessment Requirements
To achieve competency, participants will complete:

CPR on an adult manikin

CPR on an infant manikin

Use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

Recovery position demonstration

Written knowledge assessment (multiple choice done online)
CPR Certificate Validity
The Australian Resuscitation Council recommends CPR training be renewed every 12 months.
