In this nationally accredited course, you will learn how to respond to a cardiac emergency with confidence. Following the Australian Resuscitation Council guidelines, this training equips you with essential CPR skills, including:

Recognising and assessing a cardiac arrest

Performing effective CPR on adults and infants

Using an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

Managing airway complications such as vomiting or regurgitation

Working as part of a team to rotate first aiders with minimal interruptions

Communicating clearly with emergency services

Reviewing incidents and addressing psychological impacts

Physically capable of performing 2 minutes of uninterrupted CPR
